State Fairs In July 2024. Iowa’s state fair canceled two attractions, a milking parlor and an “i milked a cow” experience that let people interact with lactating cows. The state fair meadowlands will run through july 7, providing the usual array of carnival rides and fantastic fair food and family fun.
